I am Uncreative with Blog Names
But I'm having a bit of a mini meltdown about it.
Here it is:
I want to change my blog name to something stupendous!
You know the kind of name, the ones where you think "Wow that is so brilliant I could have never come up with something that clever and beautiful I really am terrible and they rock." (Just me?)
I'm doing it so I can buy the domain name and have it just be .com instead of blogspot.com (cause it seems weird, you know?). But for the life of me I can't decide on one stupendous enough.
But here's the deal.
When I try to come up with names, they end up like: "Nostalgia Love" and "Books are my Friends" and like. No.
I really need your help with this. I have some ideas for words that I want to be included and a feel for how I want it to sound and what thoughts it should evoke but I just can't get to the point where I get a REALLY good name.
So my plea is, how did you come up with your blog name? Any suggestions? Ideas that you think I should adopt? I would love to hear what you guys have to suggest! (I may even collect all your ideas and make a post! Who knows?)

The Start of Something New
As you've probably noticed, this blog has been inactive for over a year now. I am truly sorry. So many things have changed in that year. I've grown and changed since and I can honestly say the break was good for me. I have learned a lot about life in general while I was away from this little corner. You know how people say all teenagers have identity crisis'? Yeah I'm living that on a relatively small scale. It's interesting to say the least.
After the long hiatus and much soul-searching, I am coming back. I miss this blog and the friends I made through it.
It's going to be different. A different feel, a different look, different everything pretty much. Posts most likely won't be as frequent, but I hope you choose to stick with me. The post topics are the only thing that will remain relatively the same. Just discussing words, music, art, and feelings. I used to write about some of those things but I'm adding some more, hopefully more in-depth discussions and such.
While I was gone I learned a very important lesson about change. I learned it's much better to embrace it than have to be dragged kicking and screaming. So many things have changed for me. Some things I was glad changed. Others, I still haven't recovered from. Still more, I teeter on the edge between "glad it happened", and, "does life have a rewind button?" It's crazy how attached I get to people or places or items. When those things are taken away, it shakes me to the core and makes me question everything. Change is healthy but so often I refuse to see it positively. When do you think I'll learn that it never ends well that way?
My hope with this new start is that I'll be able to encourage and make friendships with you all. I simply adore the kinship found with blogs and their authors!
What about you? What have you learned as of late? Are you a fan of change or no?

Realizations
So I realized today that my job isn't something that's going to be over in a couple of months. It's something that probably will last for a few more years.
That's a depressing thought. I think I'm going to marry for money. Or at least marry young so the years in which I have to work are greatly reduced.
Also, NaNoWriMo is hard. I've known this before but I always forget before November.
Remind me next year.
NaNo word sprints on Twitter will be my savior. They're the only reason I have a word count at all. Thank you Twitter.
Word count: Somewhere around 4,500. I can do better. I know.
Books currently reading: The Unlikely Debut of Ellie Sweet
2K to 10K by Rachel Aaron
Currently watching: Les Miserables. Poor Jean Val Jean. :(

It's here! In which I cannot contain my excitement for NaNoWriMo
IT'S HERE!!!! NaNoWriMo is finally upon us blogglings!!! In case you were wondering, it's one thirty in the morning here. I've already been hard at work for NaNo and also have been doing some hardcore thinking into my non-writerly life. Pretty impressive I must say!
To start NaNo I wrote 970 words in 45 minutes. I was pretty shocked. Of course, as most NaNoWriMo novels, it's pretty...er. First draft-y. If you know what I mean. But that's alright! That's how it's supposed to be!
If I had my way, I'd be staying up all night tonight going at my novel with a vigor virtually unparalleled. Unfortunately, I have work tomorrow. So I should probably get some sleep. I also have a massive cold. Possibly a fever. It's hard to tell, but it's even harder to focus on writing. Which is highly unfortunate.
There's also something I like to call The Pit of Despair (A.K.A. the internet) that keeps me from writing. Even on day one. Oh this shall be a fun month blogglings.
So I just wanted to let you know that my blog posts may get fewer and fewer as the month goes along. Or they could get more frequent if I'm writing them as an excuse to NOT work on my NaNo novel. I'm not really sure, and for that I'm sorry.
"I'm so, so sorry."
Anyway! Happy November everyone!! Good luck on your novels if you happen to be participating!
